Remedial Massage & Myotherapy

At Body & Movement Collective, our remedial massage therapist provides both remedial massage and myotherapy within your session. This means you receive assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal pain and associated conditions, such as back pain, neck and shoulder pain, sports-specific injuries, occupational injuries, tendinopathy injuries, jaw pain, or chronic pain presentations.
Our qualified practitioner takes an evidence-informed approach to support client outcomes, with a focus on supporting self-management. Treatment includes manual hands-on therapy using a variety of remedial massage techniques, Bowen therapy techniques, joint mobilisations, exercise, and rehabilitation planning. Private health insurance rebates are available for our services

Specialising in strength and conditioning programs for aerial disciplines like pole, aerials, and circus arts, we, being aerial athletes ourselves, understand the specific demands these activities place on the body.
At Body & Movement Collective, we also offer sport-specific strength programs tailored to the unique needs of each sport. Our PT, with a wealth of knowledge and experience across various sports, can guide you towards mitigating injuries and becoming a faster, stronger, and more powerful athlete.
