At Body & Movement Collective, we’re more than just health professionals—we’re part of the pole and aerial arts community. Our team of health professionals, made up of pole dancers and aerialists (who also teach and compete), offers specialised care tailored to the unique demands of your sport.

Injury diagnosis and treatment
Chiropractic or physiotherapy tailored for all pole and aerial-related injuries, including but not limited to sprains and strains, shoulder, hamstring, hip, wrist, back, and neck issues. This service may include dry needling, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises. This can be done online or in person.

Remedial Massage
Our expert remedial massage therapists provides assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for a variety of musculoskeletal pain and conditions, including but not limited to all those pole specific injuries such as shoulder pain and hamstring strains.

Personal training and strength and conditioning
Nailing your pole and aerials moves isn’t all about what happens on your apparatus. In fact, cross training is the best way to get strong whilst also ensuring you remain injury free. Our personal training and strength and conditioning classes and one on one sessions are all individualised to your body and your personal goals. PT sessions can be done online or in person.

Online gym/home programming
Personalised online programming with regular check-ins and a goal-specific plan. Tailored to trick, body area, flexibility, or cross-training goals, the exercises and warm-up videos are delivered weekly/fortnightly through our app, considering your session frequency, available equipment, and progress.

Group classes
With group classes in both strength/PT, and splits training, we can help you reach your goals, level up and reduce your injury risk. Taught by qualified professionals, our classes are tailored to your goals.

Hanging and shoulder engagement analysis and coaching
Precise muscle usage and engagement analysis, coupled with cueing, drills, and strengthening exercises to get you using the right muscles in the most efficient way. Book a session with our chiros or physios to work on your hanging technique and shoulder strength.

Injury prevention screenings specific to overhead athletes
Specialised screening, assessment, and exercise prescription tailored to your discipline, including treatment if needed.

Flow & Flex Massage
Flow and Flex is a unique blend of massage therapy and movement assessment designed to enhance your flexibility, strength, and overall performance. Whether on or off the pole, we tailor each session to your specific needs. We begin with a comprehensive movement assessment to identify areas of tension or imbalance, followed by targeted massage therapy. From there, we create customised exercises to help you improve mobility, stability, and address any problem areas, ensuring you move and perform at your best.

Flexibility screening and plans
Targeted assessment, education and customised exercise prescription to safely enhance flexibility. This will help you with all those amazing active aerial split moves and epic tricks.
