Founder & Chiropractor
Loren Kowal
She/her
Loren blends clinical expertise with lived experience as a pole dancer, flexibility coach, and strength enthusiast. With both a Bachelor and Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University—and having been invited to join the Golden Key International Honour Society—her work is rooted in evidence-informed care and a deep respect for how bodies move.
Her approach is shaped by nearly a decade of competing and teaching pole at an elite level. She understands firsthand the demands of training, the frustration of setbacks, and the importance of tailored support that meets you where you’re at.
Loren is trained in dry needling, movement analysis, and circus medicine, allowing her to offer comprehensive, individualised treatment plans. Whether working with active individuals or high-level performers, her goal is to support each client’s performance, reduce injury risk, and build long-term resilience.
She’s also deeply committed to making Body & Movement Collective a safe, inclusive space—one where all bodies, identities, and movement journeys are welcomed and respected.
Known for her straightforward, compassionate style, Loren helps make healthcare feel less clinical and more collaborative. She sees movement as a key part of recovery and wellness, and works with you to create sustainable, meaningful change—both in and out of the clinic.
Doris Ng
Physiotherapist
She/her
Doris has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and over 10 years of experience working as a rehab physio in hospitals and the community, with extensive experience in neurology and orthopedic rehab. She discovered her passion for rehab early on and has been dedicated to helping those in need ever since.
Doris loves challenging her body and has a long-standing passion for the gym and weight lifting. Once she started her pole journey in October 2020, she never looked back. As someone who loves movement, Doris also enjoys fitting in Pilates and yoga when she can.
As a new mom, Doris danced throughout her pregnancy, welcoming her baby in January 2024. She hopes to inspire other pregnant women to stay active and continue their love of pole and movement.
Doris is also a huge dog lover and adores her furbaby Benny, a husky-German shepherd mix.
Doris is excited to give back to the community by helping others get stronger, manage their pain, and stay injury-free.

Jade Garnsey
Remedial massage therapist
She/her
Jade brings a rare combo of clinical knowledge, climbing smarts, and deep lived experience to her work at Body & Movement Collective.
After years of rock climbing and coaching others, Jade found herself navigating chronic pain and injury without answers—until a diagnosis of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) gave her the missing piece. Her journey led her to remedial massage, where she’s now on a mission to make care more inclusive, especially for trans and gender-diverse clients and those with complex conditions often misunderstood in mainstream health.
As a trans woman and passionate advocate for affirming allied health care, Jade creates a space where every client feels seen, safe, and respected. Her treatments focus on supporting people with hypermobility, chronic pain, or injury—so they can move more freely and feel more at home in their bodies.
If you’re looking for someone who truly gets the intersection of performance, pain, and identity, you’ll be in great hands.
