Whether you’re training at home or in a different studio, our online programs are tailored to your specific goals and available equipment. With regular check-ins and adjustments to your program, you’ll stay accountable and on track to reach your goals no matter where you are.

Injury Mitigation and Rehabilitation
As a clinic with experience in treating pole dancers and aerialists, we also focus on injury prevention and rehabilitation. Our personal training sessions incorporate exercises designed to strengthen your body in ways that minimise the risk of injury.
